Notifications, Hub or News Problems

To access the Hub and Headless settings, swipe down from the top of any iGrann screen, click on Settings and then on Headless/Hub.

If you want for new notifications to show up in the Hub, turn ON the Hub Integration feature.

If you only want to be notified while iGrann is closed but do not want for the notifications to show in the Hub, turn OFF the Hub Integration feature and turn ON the Headless Support feature.

Make sure iGrann notifications are ON for your current phone notifications profile: phone notification settings

If you are not receiving any new notifications on the News>You page or the Hub

iGranns headless process (background process) might not be running:

1. Make sure you only have one version of iGrann installed (iGrann free or iGrann Pro)
2. Close iGrann
3. Check if iGrann icon is on the CPU page: phone Settings > App Manager > Device Monitor > CPU. In normal operations, you should see iGrann running in the background even when the app is closed.
4. Check if iGrann has the permission to run in the background: phone Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions > iGrann (the pro version) > Run in Background setting should be ON. Also, all other permissions should be ON. If not, turn ON and restart your phone.

If iGrann headless process is running when the app is closed, check the following:

1. Check if all alerts are ON for iGrann Pro: phone Settings > Notifications > Applications > iGrann > All Alerts field should be ON
2. Check if Push Notifications are on (open app): iGrann Settings > Notifications > Push Notifications should be ON
